THE INSURANCE POLICY 

This course deals with the most boring document of the insurance chain: the general conditions of the insurance policy!

Actually, most people never read them until… until there is a claim the insurance company does not pay because of the so-called “small letters”.

We say most people and not all because professional risk managers pay much attention to every clause: it is their job that is at stake!

We shall try to line out a way for individuals and families to overcome the boredom hurdle. When studying the insurance proposal, we saw that in the end, the insured lost his patience with the details of insurance and delegated the job to his wife.
