What data does Explorinsurance collect and store?
Only in the case of buying one of our products, we ask for your personal data. We ask for your name, email, and postal address, in case we need to add VAT.

How long does Explorinsurance store my data?
Buyer/Subscriber: Your data is stored as long as you remain a customer/subscriber. In the case of cancellation, we keep your data stored in a special list called “former subscribers”. Newsletter subscribers: Your data is stored until you unsubscribe from the list.

For what purposes does Explorinsurance share data?
We do not share any personal data with other parties. We might share occasional general demographic information for data analytics (see OUR USE OF INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA and PASSING INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES)

What data does Explorinsurance with other parties?
If you buy a course, your data will be required for the payment systems as well. We work with Paypal and Stripe, and use your data only in case of questions or problems with your payments. Please note that Explorinsurance is a brand lawfully administrated by Cicerone Music and Art, with its legal base in the Netherlands.

How can I access my data stored by Explorinsurance?
As a buyer/subscriber, you will have your own account profile on our website.

How can I rectify or erase my data?
Should you wish to be no longer a subscriber and also not be part of the “former subscribers” list, you can write to us and ask for deleting your data.

How does Explorinsurance protect my data?
We use the regular firewall and security regulations to protect your and our data on the website. Our (IT) security policy meets all the requirements as set in GDPR art. 25.
